1. Finding and Securing the Role
Working with the Kirsty Louise Streek Foundation was another step in developing my experience in content creation. I wanted to further build my portfolio and strengthen my CV through real-world projects. I was also motivated by the foundation’s story and the purpose behind their work, which encouraged me to get involved.
Based on my previous experience in video editing and content creation, I felt confident that I could contribute effectively to their social media output. I signed an agreement to support the organisation by producing content such as social media posts, videos, and short-form reels to help increase awareness and engagement.
2. Social Media Content Creation (7 Posts)
My main responsibility within the Kirsty Louise Streek Foundation was the creation of seven social media posts designed to support the organisation’s online presence and increase awareness of its work. These posts were created for use across social media platforms and aimed to communicate the foundation’s message in a clear, engaging, and visually consistent way.
For the design and production of the posts, I used Canva, which allowed me to develop visually engaging content suitable for digital platforms.
